HAIR REGIMEN

Daily
Hair vitamins (I try to keep up!)

Every two days:
Moisturize and seal (moisturize with S-Curl, seal with castor/olive/coconut oil)

Saturdays:
Moisturizing shampoo, deep condition, leave-in conditioner

Alternating weekly (on Saturdays):
Protein deep conditioner, then following week moisturizing deep conditioner

1st Saturday of every month:
Clarifying shampoo, deep condition, leave-in conditioner

Protective styling:
Hair buns, braid outs, wigs on top of corn rolls, crochet braids
Satin cap to sleep every night on a satin pillow case

Relaxer:
2nd Saturday of every 5 months

Relaxer Regimen
Week before relaxer on wash day: Shampoo, medium or hard protein treatment, moisturizing deep condition

Relaxer day:
Step 1: base scalp and relaxed ends with Vaseline (to prevent skin irritation and over-processed ends)
Step 2: Relax with Beautiful Beginning (works for my hair)
Step 3: Wash and apply AphoGee 2 min reconstructor (to infuse protein back and repair chemical damage)
Step 4: Wash with neutralizing shampoo that comes with the kit (wash off all traces of relaxer)
Step 5: Deep condition with moisturizing DC (infuse lost moisture back into hair)
Step 6: Leave-in conditioner
Step 7 (optional): Set with rollers and style as desired

Week after relaxer on wash day: Shampoo, medium protein treatment, moisturizing deep condition
